How long does delivery take within Hurghada?

Most orders inside Hurghada arrive within 1-2 business days. If you're ordering from another city in Egypt, please allow 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What are your candles made from?

We use soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so pouring dates and small variations in color are normal.

Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?

Since candles are made in small batches and used at home, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?

Yes, we offer simple gift wrapping and can include a short handwritten note. Just mention this in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and Fawry for local customers. All online payments are processed through a secure checkout.

What if my candle arrives melted or cracked?

Send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. This happens rarely, but we want to make it right when it does.
